WE CARE ABOUT OUR TENANTS
We're committed to ensuring our tenants have the best possible experience when they rent with us, not least because we hope that down the line you may choose to rent again, or even buy, sell or let a property with us. We aim to be genuinely useful to both our landlords and our tenants.
Most of our landlords opt to use our award winning property management service, which means that as a tenant, you can be sure that the in-house tradesmen that we send round are properly vetted and will turn up when we say they will. We also have our own team of cleaners, so if you would like us to organize a weekly visit or an end-of-tenancy clean, we’d be more than happy to arrange that for you.
Step by step tenants guide
Step 1 – Register your interest
You can register with us either by calling us on 020 7431 7070, emailing or visiting our office where you can discuss your property requirements with one of our advisers.
Step 2 – Finding the right property
With a clear understanding of your requirements, we will send you a selection of properties matched your criteria. You will be constantly updated with the latest instructions that we receive.
Step 3 – Flexible time for successful viewings
Our office is open 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday and 9 am – 1:30 pm, Saturdays. Understanding the changing work trends, we know that time is crucial for any of us, so we want to be as efficient as we can. Having said that, with prior notice we can arrange viewings at later times than the standard program.
Step 4 – Making an offer
Once you have found the right property for you, we will put your offer forward to the Landlord, stating any special conditions that may apply.
Step 5 – Offer agreed
Shall your offer be accepted we will organize the following:
- Collect references from the referees that you have provided
- Arrange to sign the Tenancy Agreement
- Collect your moving in payment (rent + deposit)
Your deposit will be kept at a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme, My Deposits.

Step 6 – Completion
Upon completion, you will receive a copy of the Tenancy agreement and a set of keys will be given to you.

Admin fees

In our admin fees we include all paperwork, a deposit protection certificate which is protected with MyDeposit, check in, check out and the inventory.
For Short term lets:
1. Privacy Policy- WE DO NOT STORE CUSTOMER CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS
2. Cancellation Policy: AFTER PLACING A BOOKING YOU HAVE UP TO 14 DAYS TO CANCEL FROM THE DAY YOU PLACE A BOOKING WITH US OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT
